How to send yourself a password reset via email
From the sign-in page, click on Forgot Password.
Click Reset Password
Enter your email address > Click Send Verification Code >
Check your email for the verification code.
Back on the portal enter the code > Click Verify code.
Complete multifactor authentication
Enter your new password > Log into the portal.
Your password must be at least 14 characters long and include at least 3 of these types: lowercase letters, uppercase letters, numbers, or symbols.
Note: The password reset link sent to your email is time-sensitive. If you click the link and it doesn't work, try requesting a new one and use the link as soon as you can.
